How do I know if I qualify for home health care services?

If you have had a recent change in your health status, medications or functional ability you may qualify for home health care services. Other changes such as surgery, a recent fall or a new or exacerbated disease process may qualify you for home health services.

Home health services are covered by Medicare and private insurance.
